| Well, here we are again another year has gone bye and here we are all still under Lockdown, who would have believed it, I for one was still looking forward to the meeting to see old friends from all over the Province and beyond. |

| All the members of the Provincial Team were present, and the meeting was declared open by our R.W. Bro. Keith Beardmore at 10.00 am. A minute’s silence was held for all the Mark members who have passed away since last year’s meeting. All the items on the paper of business were dealt with including the Treasurers Report, the Grand Secretary’s Report, and a Report from the Charity Committee. Following on the PGM had great pleasure to confirm the Provincial Appointments and Promotions and several Grand Lodge Appointments and Promotions. |

| The PGM then addressed the meeting with his thoughts on the past year’s trials and tribulations during this Pandemic and the many occasions where outstanding support had been given by members of the Mark to not only Brothers in need but to many people in general who are having a hard time in all aspects of life in general. The Address is in the secure area. |

| Keith then gave his outlook and hopes for the future before declaring the meeting closed, for me as always it was all over too soon, let’s hope that next year we can be all be together in person and for my part I’m hoping it will be at Southport which is a great venue which everybody always seems to enjoy. |

| Here’s to our next merry meeting to see old friends and those we have yet to meet, Mark Well. |
